摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a waste water treatment apparatus by using a flow channel changeover device and to prevent the lowering of treatment capacity caused by the inflow of waste water to the waste water treatment apparatus in an amt. equal to or more than treatment capacity even at a time of power failure. SOLUTION: A garbage treatment system is equipped with garbage grinding means (disposer 2), a waste water treatment apparatus 4 for treating waste water containing the ground matter from the grinding means and a flow channel changeover apparatus 3 for changing over the flow channel of waste water at a time of the use of the grinding means from sewerage to the waste water treatment apparatus 4 by an electromotive changeover means. A return mechanism for returning the flow channel to the sewerage when the power to the flow channel changeover apparatus 3 is cut off is provided to the flow channel changeover apparatus 3.
