PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the heat loss caused by heat conduction and to shorten a necessary time for regulating temperature. SOLUTION: In an injection mold having the fixed platen 3 and movable platen 4 provided between a pair of tie bars 1, 2, the fixed template 6 supported on the fixed platen 3 through a fixed mounting plate 5 and the movable template 10 supported on the movable platen 4 through a movable mounting plate 7, a movable spacer block 8 and/or a movable spacer template 9 and constituted so that a molten plastic material is supplied to the gap between the fixed template 6 and the movable template 10 to be molded into a predetermined shape, grooves 18 are formed to the mutual contact surfaces of the respective constituent members at a predetermined interval to provide gaps.
