PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker where a length of lead wires of a voice coil wired on a surface of a diaphragm is reduced to the utmost, so as to enhance its outer appearance, a broken lead wire due a split vibration is reduced, and the lead wire of the voice coil and an input terminal are efficiently connected by a tinsel wire. SOLUTION: A lug 13, formed at a base end of a conductive strip terminal member 12, is projected from a rear face in the vicinity of an inner circumference of a diaphragm 8 to a front side and fixed and a lead wire 10 of a vice coil is connected to the lug 13. The vicinity 14 of the tip of the terminal member 12, on the other hand, is press contacted with the rear face of the diaphragm 8 and fixed to keep a gap G between the terminal member 12 and the rear side of the diaphragm 8, the tip 12a is folded at a prescribed angle with respect to the diaphragm 8 and the input terminal 9 fixed to frame 5, and the tip of the terminal member 12 is interconnected by a tinsel wire 10 to configure a loudspeaker 1.
