PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall sheet friendly to a human being or environment and enhance in antifouling properties, scratch resistance, workability or the like by setting the flextural modulus of a surface protective layer to a specific value. SOLUTION: A surface protective layer 5 is formed from a compsn. based on a resin with a flexural modulus of 1.0×104-2.0×104 kgf/cm2. That is, a foamed resin layer based on a foaming agent and an olefinic or acrylic resin is formed on the upper surface of a base material layer 2 and a pattern layer 4 is formed thereon and the surface protective layer 5 is formed thereon by a heating melt extrusion coating method and uneven patterns 6 are applied from the surface protective layer 5 to the foamed resin layer 3. The surface protective layer 5 is pref. an olefinic resin and the thickness thereof is pref. 2.0-10.0% of the thickness after heat-foaming of the foamed resin layer 3 from a viewpoint of surface physical properties such as antifouling properties, scratch resistance or the like or open time properties, execution properties such as folding wrinkle resistance or outside corner/inside corner workability, the flatness on a base material or cost effect.
