PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a steel segment by which the internal face of the segment can be neatly finished without depending upon manual finishing and the finish accuracy of a corner part and a block drawing part is high and further, the commodity value of the segment is upgraded. SOLUTION: This method is for manufacturing a steel segment by forming concrete (a) into a steel shell 1 and making these one piece. An internal face form 2 is installed with an aperture 1' required for charging the concrete (a) inside the steel shell 1 left as it is, and the concrete (a) is packed fully into the steel shell 1 from the aparture 1'. After that, the aperture 1' is closed with a lid 4 and later the steel shell 1 is reversed so that the internal face form 2 comes to the lower side. Thus the concrete is cured and after the completion of the curing process, the internal face form 2 and the lid 4 are demolded.
