PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking grill, having a handgrip, capable of easily inserting or removing a soup tray in which water is filled together with a door and a gridiron placed with a cooking material by grasping the handgrip by the fingers or palm of a hand, even by a user having insufficient finger or arm force such as an elderly person, a physically disabled person or the like. SOLUTION: In a cooking grill 2 comprising a door 3 for blocking a front surface opening of a grill compartment and coupled to a soup tray contained in the compartment, a handgrip having a grip disposed laterally at a side through a gap to be inserted with fingers except at least the thumb of user's hand is mounted on the front surface of the door 3. The grip has a width capable of having eight fingers from the index fingers to little fingers of both hands inserted, and it is desired that a rear surface of the grip be made of a resin surface having ruggedness.
