PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality image by reducing disturbance at boundary where fluorescent layer and support body or fluorescent sheets with each other are pasted. SOLUTION: In a production method for radiation image conversion panel consisting of at least a support body 10 and a fluorescent layer 13 constituted by layering two fluorescent body sheets 11 and 12, the pasting surface of at least one fluorescent body sheets between pasting surfaces 11b and 12a of fluorescent body sheets 11 and 12 or the back surface 11 of the fluorescent body sheet 11 contacting to a support body 10 are smoothed before layering the support body 10.
