摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a piping structure for fire extinguishing equipment which is less deteriorated and damaged by a flame even if pipes and joints made of synthetic resins of the piping structure for fire extinguishing equipment to be built by using the pipes and joints made of the synthetic resins are used by covering the outer peripheries of the pipes and joints with thermally insulating materials and non-combustible or fire-retardant sheets. SOLUTION: One end of an elbow 2 made of the synthetic resin is connected and piped via the tee 1 made of the synthetic resin and a synthetic resin short pipe 4 consisting of crosslinked polyethylene(PE) to the end of a synthetic resin main pipe 3 consisting of the crosslinked PE. Sprinkler heads 6 are disposed via junctures 61 to the branch pipes of the tee 1 made of the synthetic resin. The sprinkler heads 6 are disposed via the junctures 61 to the other end of the elbow 2 made of the synthetic resin. The outer peripheral parts of the synthetic resin main pipe 3 and short pipe 4 consisting of the crosslinked PE, the tee 1 made of the synthetic resin and the elbow 2 made of the synthetic resin are covered with piping protective materials 8 and 8A consisting of the thermally insulating materials 81 and 81A and the fire-retardant sheets 82 and 82A.
