PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give various visual information to eyeballs of an examinee housed in an MRI apparatus and together to monitor motion of the eyeballs of the examinee in accordance with the visual information. SOLUTION: This is a monitor-scope 1 for MRI that is used when observing cerebral variation by giving various visual information to eyeballs of an examinee in the MRI apparatus that images states of various inner body portions by utilizing nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon. It is composed of an imaging-information producing means that is located outside the MRI apparatus and transmits a visual information to eyeballs of the examinee accommodated therein, an eyeball monitoring means 3 that is located outside the MRI apparatus that monitors motion of the eyeball of the examinee looking at the visual information, and an optical system 4 that is made of a nonmagnetic material giving no effect on electromagnetic field within the MRI apparatus, and is installed by extending up to eyeballs of the examinee accommodated in its interior, and transmitting the visual information to eyeballs of the examinee as well as the image information of examinee's eyeballs to the eyeball monitoring means 3.
