PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the secular change of the stop position of a hammer or the like by forming a shaft hole in the shaft direction of a stopper holder, providing a stopper fixing shaft whose tip is inserted to the holding hole of a base plate in the shaft hole and holding the stopper holder and stopper rubber to the base plate by the stopper fixing shaft. SOLUTION: The metallic stopper fixing shaft 20 provided with a planar head part 10 whose cross section is T-shaped is inserted and held in the holding hole 2 of the base plate 1. In the state of clamping the stopper holder 3 formed of resin and the stopper rubber 4 between the planar head part 10 and the base plate 1, it is joined to the plate surface 1a of the base plate 1 and held, the entire shape of the stopper holder 3 is almost T-shaped and it is constituted of a head part 3b and the shaft part 3c. The head part 3b is formed in the state of being overlapped with the planar head part 10, the stopper fixing shaft 20 is coaxially passed through and disposed in the shaft hole 3d of the shaft part 3c and the shaft part 3c is inserted and held in the through-hole 4 of the stopper rubber 4.
