PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a toilet user to clean the private part in the sitting position by providing holes which at least allow to insert human hand and arm in the toilet body and a feces container on the back side of the toilet user. SOLUTION: Holes 4 and 5 which at least allow to insert human hand and arm are formed in the toilet body 2 and a feces container 3 on the back side of a toilet user. A toilet seat 6 and a lid 7 are installed. Thus, installation of holes 4 and 5 which allow to insert human hand and arm on the back side enables a nursing person to wash with a portable shower and wipe the private part by inserting hands through the holes. Thereby, the sense of shame of the toilet user and the nursing person can be moderated, and the user is relieved from the half-sitting posture to lessen burden on legs and hips.
