PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the writing frequency of an error historical data in a nonvolatile memory by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This memory controller for an error signal in a farm working machine is capable of transmitting an error historical data in a nonvolatile memory 84 to a buffer memory region 96b and an error historical data memory region 96a in a RAM 96 and storing the data therein (S1) by making a power source of the farm working machine work, on the other hand, transmitting an error data of an error signal to the error historical data memory region 96a when the error signal is present in external equipment (S4: yes), additionally storing the data in the error historical data memory region 96a (S5) and further comparing both data in the buffer memory region 96b and the error historical data memory region 96a and newly storing the data in the error historical data memory region 96a in the buffer memory region 96b and the nonvolatile memory 84 (S7) only when both the data are not coincident (S6: no) in the controller capable of delivering a control signal from external equipment such as sensors or setters installed in a travel part, a working part, an operating part, etc., and performing the control.
