PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dispersed composition in which inorganic fine particles are stably and uniformly dispersed and to obtain both the dispersed composition and a cosmetic comprising the dispersed composition. SOLUTION: This method for producing a dispersed composition for a cosmetic comprises a step for uniformly dispersing (1) at least two kinds of inorganic fine particles having different average particle diameters which are respectively within the range of 0.005-0.1μm, (2) at least 10 wt.% of a volatile oil and (3) a dispersing agent. The dispersed composition is obtained by the method and a method for producing the cosmetic is to add the dispersed composition thereto.
