PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner of a concurrent cooling and heating utilizing ground heat. SOLUTION: A first air flowing body 21 is formed in a first ground region 10 where temperatures change, and four air-flow-through pipes 22a-22d are formed in a second ground region 11, where temperatures are approximately constant (about 15-16 deg.C throughout a year). Air having temperature higher than that of the outdoor air in winter and air with a temperature lower than that of the outdoor in summer can be supplied by flowing air through the air- flow-through pipes 22a-22d.
