A system for processing an OTP(One-Time Password) used for an Internet banking service is provided to enable a server to issue the OTP by responding to an OTP authentication request received from a user computer connected with a portable memory device. An authentication number request receiver(110) receives an OTP authentication request includes an ESN(Electronic Serial Number) of a portable memory device(300), which is connected with a user computer(200), from the user computer. An authentication number requestor(120) requests a financial facility server(400) corresponding to the ESN to issue an OTP authentication number, which is used for identifying a user for an Internet banking service, when the authentication request receiver receives the OTP authentication request. An authentication number transmitter(130) transmits the OTP authentication number issued from the financial facility server to the user computer. A device registration requestor(140) receives a request for registering the portable memory device from the user computer and transmits the received request to the financial facility server.
