A washing machine is provided to automatically supply an accurate amount of liquid detergent to a washing tub and prevent deterioration of washing effect. A washing machine comprises a washing tub(4), a water supply unit, a liquid detergent storage(40), and a liquid detergent supply unit. The water supply unit supplies water into the washing tub. The liquid detergent storage stores the liquid detergent supplied to the washing tub. The liquid detergent supply unit is installed between the liquid detergent storage and the water supply unit to supply the liquid detergent from the liquid detergent storage to the water supply unit.
