An exhaust gas processing device of an incinerator having no flue is provided to effectively process gaseous materials as well as particles in exhaust gas at a time by repeatedly burning the gaseous materials and particles with wastes. An exhaust gas processing device of an incinerator having no flue comprises an outer tub(10), a gas supply pipe(20), and a fine particle discharge pipe(30). The outer tub includes a first vortex tube(12), a second vortex tube(16) and a nozzle(18) adjacent to the first vortex tube. A diameter of the first vortex tube is tapered along the first vortex tube, and a diameter of the second vortex tube is tapered along the second vortex tube. The gas supply pipe is connected to an inner pipe(2). The gas supply pipe is concentrically accommodated in the fine particle discharge pipe.
