PIN-TUBE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A fin-tube heat exchanger and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the number of processes and to extend life span by penetrating a thin film using a punching machine, forming tubular vertical tubes on the thin film, and welding the tubes on the thin film. A method for manufacturing a fin-tube heat exchanger comprises the steps of: molding a plurality of tubular vertical tubes by penetrating a thin film(S10); stacking the thin film to allow the vertical tubes to penetrate each others(S30); and melting an end of the vertical tube to the thin film(S40).
