PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily find out an optimal graphic in the case of layout and print using a graphic related to the contents of a document. SOLUTION: According to a program on a storage medium 7 of a storage device 6, a CPU 2 of a word processor 1 prepares a document from character symbols inputted from an input device 3, displays that document on a display device 4 and stores it into a RAM 5 as the document of a layout object. When a keyword existent in that stored document is equal with any arbitrary keyword in the RAM 5 storing keywords corresponding to respective plural kinds of graphic data, the document is laid out in the graphic of the graphic data corresponding to that keyword and outputted to a printer 9 and these graphic and document are printed. Besides, the contour of the printed graphic is recognized by a scanner 8 and the graphic is automatically cut along that contour line by a cutting device 10. |
