A coating pipe connector and a pipe coating system using the same are provided to prevent pipes from being bent in the pipe coating system while facilitating connection work for pipes. A coating pipe connector(300) comprises an overlap unit(340) formed on an opening of the coating pipe connector having a ring shape to interconnect both ends of the coating pipe connector, and a distance adjustment unit(370) for adjusting an opening degree of the coating pipe connector. The coating pipe connector has connection plates(310,330), which are inserted into coating pipes having diameters different from each other. Guide plates are provided around the connection plates. A support protrusion(320) protrudes from an outer surface of the coating pipe connector to divide the connection plates from each other. The distance adjustment unit includes fixing bolts(371,373) and a turnbuckle(375).
