摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce sticking force by providing the above device with a magnetic recording medium which is constituted by depositing at least magnetic metallic film on one main surface of a nonmagnetic base and forming a fluorine lubricant layer on the surface layer of the one main surface on the side to be formed with the magnetic metallic film. SOLUTION: A magnetic hard disk has the nonmagnetic base 21, the magnetic metallic film 22 formed on its one main surface, a carbon protective film 23 formed thereon and the lubricant layer 24 formed thereon. Polyesters, etc., such as polyethylene terephthalate, are used for the management base 21 and a diamond-like carbon, carbon nitride, etc., are used for the carbon protective film 23. A fluorine lubricant is used for the lubricant layer 24 and a fluorine- contained high polymer of a perfluoropolyether system is formed by, for example, a dipping method, spin coating method, etc.
