PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute accurate road heating control. SOLUTION: This road heating control system is provided with both a meteorological observation device 4 with a radiation balansometer and a road heater control device 5 connected to the meteorological observation device 4. By obtaining the balance between downward long-wave radiation and upward long-wave radiation by the radiation balansometer, road heating control is executed. The meteorological observation device 4 is arranged at the side part of a road soil mound.
