PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring washer which can reliably prevent loosening of a male screw against a female screw. SOLUTION: A spring washer relatively rotates around a screw shaft when a male screw screws into a female screw, while being sandwiched between two members which are adjacent to each other along the screw shaft. A slope surface 4c' of a one-end-side overlapping part 4c which connects to a one end face 4a slopes toward an orthogonal face of the screw shaft in such a manner that it gradually goes to the screwing direction of the male screw into the female screw along the screw shaft as separating from the one end face 4a. A slope surface 4d' of another-endside overlapping part 4d which connects to another end face 4b slopes toward an orthogonal face of the screw shaft in such a manner that it gradually goes to the screwing direction of the male screw into the female screw along the screw shaft as going to the other end face 4b. When the male screw screws into the female screw, the one-end-side overlapping part 4c and the other-end-side overlapping part 4d are relatively rotatable in a peripheral direction of the screw shaft in such a state that they touch each other via the slope faces 4c', 4d', thereby increasing an overlapping area viewed from the screw shaft direction.
