PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain excellent watertightness at a connection part between corner parts of four external walls for a long time. SOLUTION: An external wall unit A is formed by filling a core 3 between face and reverse metal outer skins 1, 2, and fitting a plurality of external walls 6 with a recessed connection part 4 on one of upper and lower parts and a projecting connection part on the other to a unit frame by connecting the recessed connection part 4 to the projecting connection part via a watertight means. The recessed connection part 4 and the projecting connection part of the upper and lower external walls 6, 6 of the external wall units A, A which are hoisted and executed by a crane are connected to each other via a watertight means. A watertight packing P is interposed between corner parts formed by the external walls 6 of the upper and lower and right and left external wall units A.
