PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the product accuracy such as the shape and the size and to facilitate the attachment to a structure skeleton such as a steel frame girder by constituting a composite panel by fixing and attaching a plywood formed into the same size as a desk steel plate to the deck steel plate having flanges and webs continuing axially. SOLUTION: This rectangular plate composite panel 3 is formed by attaching a plywood 2 such as a structural plywood formed into the same plane dimension as a deck steel plate 1 to one side of the deck steel plate 1 formed into a prescribed standard size. The deck steel plate 1 is formed of a plurality of flanges 1a and webs 1b continuing axially into a corrugated shape continuing perpendicularly to the axis so as to have a high bending rigidity. The plywood 2 is attached to a side attaching the flanges 1a of the deck steel plate 1 and fixed to the flanges 1a. In fixing the plywood 2 to the deck steel plate 1, the desk steel plate 1 and the plywood 2 can surely hold the standard size and shape by just fixing the both ends and the intermediate part of each side at most by a plurality of fixing jigs.
