PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building which is reinforced in a well balancec condition and has less restriction in the plan. SOLUTION: A group A of building units is provided in which a plurality of box-shaped building units 1 of which the beams and columns are mutually connected are disposed to face each other and connected together. In this case, reinforcing members 2 are provided at the confronting side faces of the group A of building units. The reinforcing member 2 provided at one side face has substantially the same reinforcing capacity with the reinforcing member 2 provided at the other opposite side face.
