PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a printed pattern visible even in insufficient lighting by applying a luminous paint on the surface of a base material and laminating a transparent protection layer in which a printing pattern on a colored background is formed on the rear face on the surface of the base material to constitute the label. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 2 is provided on the rear face of a base material 1 made of vinyl chloride resin sheet or the like as a caution label S stuck to the rotary part of a counterweight or the like of a hydraulic excavator and a transparent protection layer 3 made of an acrylic resin sheet or the like is laminated to form a three-layered structure. A luminous paint 4a is applied on the whole surface of the base material 1 and a printing pattern P on a colored background such as letters, figures, etc., is formed on the rear face of the protection layer 3 to form an indication part 4. In this way, the printed pattern P having a colored background is made visible by sunlight or the reflection of an illumination light in the daytime or at night. When the illumination light is insufficient in the twilight in the evening or the like, the printing pattern on a colored background can be made visible by the natural emitting light of the luminous paint 4a.
