PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost, securely bind, facilitate article feed work, adjust binding positions, enlarge a bindable range and facilitate maintenance work. SOLUTION: An adjusting device is provided with a carrying device for transferring forward a bucket which receives articles such as leeks and places the same thereon, a binding device for binding is provided on the front side of the carrying device, and a delivery device for wrappingly holding the article on the bucket and moving the same to a binding position for the binding device is provided between the carrying device and the binding device. In that case, a round rotating blade wrappingly held by a wrappingly holding section 22 of the delivery device and cutting the side of the root of the article to be delivered is provided between the carrying device and the binding device, and the rotating blade and cutting guides 34 are provided in parallel through a clearance 33, in which the round rotating blade can be passed through an arm 23 on the side of the arm 23 of the wrappingly holding section 22, on the grasping section 22 closest to the round rotating blade. |
