PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce contact resistance with respect to a terminal by using a tin-plated copper PETP tape as a shielding layer (or external conductor). SOLUTION: A tin-plated copper PETP tape 33 is used for an external conductor and the like 30. Contact resistance with respect to a terminal is expected to be reduced thereby. Since it is usable under a high temperature atmosphere, enhancement of shielding effect and reduction of attenuation quantity are expected compared with the case where an aluminium PETP tape is used. A phase constantβis stabilized by bonding the copper PETP tape 33 to a cable insulator.
