PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of light emitted from an LED lamp without requiring a high cost nor lowering the luminance of the LED lamp. SOLUTION: This display device is equipped with a display panel having plural arranged light transmissive display parts and plural LED lamps 25a to 25c provided corresponding to the respective light transmissive display parts. In the device, by providing prisms 29a and 29b between the lamps 25a to 25c, the light going toward the adjacent light transmissive display part out of the light emitted from the lamps 25a to 25c is diffracted or dispersed and reflected by prisms 29a and 29b so that it does not reach the adjacent light transmissive display part.
