PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supersonic diagnostic apparatus that can drive a broad- band and narrow-band supersonic oscillators, and be realized with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A pulse generating circuit 11 provided in a supersonic observation unit 3 is connected, through FET's 22a and 22b that get on when a first input pulse or the first and a second input pulses are applied from a pulse controller 14, to a first and second windings 24a and 24b forming the primary winding of a transformer 24 at each output side, and drives a narrow-band supersonic oscillator with pulsed current that flows in a third winding 24c forming the secondary winding when only the first input pulse is applied, while it drives a wide-band supersonic oscillator 5A when the first and second input pulses are applied in succession. Pulsed driving current generated in the third winding 24c is made high in its peak value and sharp in its wave form by connecting a damping resistance R1 to the first winding 24a and no damping resistance to the second winding 24b to drive the wide-band supersonic oscillator 5A. |
