<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain negative pressure of a brake power assist without changing structures around a brake. SOLUTION: An automatic start-stop control device for engines, is provided with a pressure sensor 9 for detecting the negative pressure of a vacuum reservoir 4. An engine controller 10 controls an engine 1 upon condition that a fact that the negative pressure detected by the pressure sensor 9 exceeds a predetermined value is a requirement for automatically stopping the engine 1. Further, even when specified requirement is satisfied and the engine is automatically stopped, the engine controller controls the engine 1 so as to restart when the negative pressure detected by the pressure sensor 9 is below the predetermined value.</p> |
