METHOD AND JIG FOR CLEANING INTERIOR OF PIPING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a finned spherical elastic grindstone having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of a pipe by inserting the cleaning finned spherical elastic grindstone in the pipe by using a divisible and fixable type push-in pressure feed jig having a body part of which the inner diameter is tapered or slightly larger than the diameter of the pipe. SOLUTION: A key lock as a divisible and fixable type push-in pressure feed jig is fixed to the end part of a main pipe 1 by a screw. A screw part 10 being a body part is hollow and a finned spherical elastic grindstone is inserted in the hollow part of the screw part 10 prior to the attachment of the screw part 10. A cover 11 is fixed to the screw part 10 by an arm 12 to form an airtight chamber and the leading end part 121 of the arm 12 is fitted in the semicircular strip groove 13 provided to the outer periphery of the screw part 10 and the arm 12 is fixed to the projection 14 of the cover part 11 in a rotatable manner by a pin 15. High pressure air is supplied from a compressor through a high pressure hose 16 to push the finned spherical elastic grindstone in the airtight chamber in the main pipe 1.
