PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure prescribed drainage performance at a normal time, to properly and favorably absorb a great horizontal displacement at the time of earthquake generation, and to impart restorability, while reducing a cost using only a single constitutive member, saving a space, making maintenance free, and facilitaing execution. SOLUTION: A flexible hose 5 flange-joined to a fixed side drainage piping 1 in one axial-directional end part is arranged in a bent attitude having a deformation direction-regulating angle to hold a prescribed drainage gradient normally and to be deformed to an upward direction when axial-directional compression displacement force is applied, and the other axial-directional end part 5a of the flexible hose 5 connected communicatedly to a displacement side drainage piping 3 via joining flanges 8, 4.
