PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a dipolar electric tweezers by opening both lumens of a single tube having a perfusate lumen for sending perfusate and a gas sending lumen for sending gas in a common tube passage. SOLUTION: A tube and a double lumen tube 11 as a perfusion tube for dipolar electric tweezers are constituted of a round tubular tube body 12 and a partition wall 13 is formed straight through the central point of the tube body 12. One space of about semicircular cross section divided by the partition wall 13 made a perfusate lumen 14 for sending saline as a perfusate, and the other space of about semicircular cross section is made a gas-sending lumen 15 for sending carbon dioxide gas as a gas. A mixed flow tube 36 is connected at the downstream end of the double lumen tube 11 as a common tube passage with increasing diameter toward the upstream end whose inner diameter allows press-fit of the double lumen tube 11, and the connection vicinity is made a mist forming part. |
