PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting work of elastic ring materials and to utilize a low-cost forming die. SOLUTION: In this rotary connection device, elastic ring materials 33, 34 are interposed between rotating slide surfaces 30b, 30c of a fixed-side member 30 and rotating slide surfaces 31b, 31c of a rotating-side member 31, respectively, and thus eliminating gaps between the rotating slide surfaces 30b, 30c of the fixed-side member 30 and the rotating slide surfaces 31b, 31c of the rotating-side member 31, respectively.
