PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a porous structure of which the skeleton is formed from materials having desired different functions and which has catalyst layers having desired catalytic functions are formed to the inner surfaces of the pores thereof. SOLUTION: An extrusion molding machine is constituted of a plurality of injection pipes 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D for injecting raw materials in a molten or clayey state, a rectifying die 20 having a plurality of flow channels branching the flows of the respective materials to guide them to desired outlet positions and an extrusion die 30 for extruding the raw materials extruded from a plurality of the flow channels from the inlet surface of the extrusion die to the outlet surface thereof. Lattice-like grooves are formed to the outlet surface of the extrusion die 30 and rectangular projections partitioned by the lattice-like grooves are formed so as to provide a large number of lines and rows and a plurality of flow channels for a skeleton vertically piercing from the positions where the longitudinal and lateral grooves of the lattice-like grooves crossing each other to the inlet surface are formed.
