PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply water without fear of water leak from a branching mechanism installed in an existing swivel faucet without using a branching faucet by supplying water to a storage tank from a branching mouth of the branching mechanism installed in a supply water faucet through a water supplying hose or directly from the branching mouth. SOLUTION: A dish washer is generally installed at a side of a sink 35, and a branching mechanism 2 is attached to a supply water faucet 36 with its upper inlet fixed, connecting a branching mouth on the washer side and a water supply outlet of the washer body 1 by a supply water hose 47. Water is fed to a water storage tank 6 through the water supply hose 47 and a water supply pipe when a power source switch 51 is switched on after putting dishes in a washing tank, the handle 37 of the branching mechanism 2 is operated to switch to the washer side branching mouth side, and a stop valve is opened by operating the handle 49 of the stop valve of the supply water faucet 36. When supply water volume reaches a predetermined volume, a lower water level sensor detects it, drives a water supply pump 9 through a control part, and supplies washing water into the washing tank through an internal water supply pipe.
