PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foot of a worker from being caught by a handle, prevent a floor surface from being damaged or prevent a lock piece from being freely turned to release its locked state. SOLUTION: This lock device is made such that a lid-receiving frame 1 having a horizontal piece and a vertical piece is fixed to a circumferential edge of an opening section of a concrete facility, and the end section of a lid 10 is mounted on the horizontal piece of the lid-receiving frame in such a way that it can be locked and then supported. A lock piece 29 is fixed at an upper position of the horizontal piece. A lock mechanism X including a lock bar 24 to be locked with the lock piece in such a way that it can be locked or unlock and locking the lid 10 is arranged at a recess 31 formed at the lid 10 without being protruded out of both front and rear faces of the lid 10. |
