PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storage infiltration tank, which is executed easily and uses a recycling material as a part of fillers, construction cost of which is reduced and which fills the role of the rainwater storage infiltration tank. SOLUTION: Water-permeable bags 20 in which the cut tires and tire chips of recycling tires are filled at the fixed percentage of voids are disposed near a batholith in an underground space formed by digging in a ground in a pit shape. The underground space in the upper layers of the water-permeable bags 20 is filled back with crushed stone layers 10, 30 and a water-permeable concrete layer 31. Parts of rainwater infiltrating from a ground surface within the back- filling range are stored temporarily in the water-permeable bags 20, and infiltrated to a lower-layer ground.
