PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sitting person to sit without body shift and facilitate to fold a wheelchair by forming a receiving part with a T-letter-form seam fixing in a sitting cushion cover and providing an inner bag inserting mouth, putting a cotton-filled inner bag in it to make the front part of the sitting cushion, and fastening the cushion with strings. SOLUTION: A sitting cushion cover 2 which has an inserting mouth for putting a cotton-filled inner bag and is provided with strings 3 and 4 for fixing on a wheelchair at 4 corners. A receiving part 11 is formed by seam fixing in a T-letter form the surface of a sitting cushion cover 2, and a thickness is formed at the front part by putting the cotton-filled inner bag through the inserting mouth. The inserting mouth is made openable by a hook-and-loop fastener. By this constitution, the sitting cushion 1 becomes detachable and foldable. The front part becomes thick to prevent a sitting body from shifting.
