PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene copolymer resin composition for pipe, effective for preventing the generation of crease on the inner face of a pipe, preventing the generation of rust in a pipe-forming extruder and free from the deposition of white powder to a sizing former. SOLUTION: The ethylene copolymer composition is produced by compounding a straight-chain ethylene-α-olefin copolymer produced by using a Phillips catalyst and having a density of 0.910-0.930 g/cm3, a melt mass-flow rate of 0.05-5 g/10 min and a melt tension of >=3 g-weight at 190 deg.C with 75-1,000 ppm of one or more kinds of phosphite and/or phosphonite antioxidant and 300-5,000 ppm of a paraffin wax.
