PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container wherein a partition member can easily be removed and the number of components can be reduced so that cost can be reduced, and during use of the partition member, contents can sufficiently be protected, and when the member is removed, the external appearance can be improved and smoothened. SOLUTION: In the folding container 1, a pair of fitting projection pieces 9, which are opposed to each other, are formed in a short side plate 7 by providing notches 8. The forward ends of the pieces 9 are projected so as to oppose to each other. A flexible mount plate 12 is integrally mounted to a partition plate 10. A pair of hooking pieces 13, for engagement with the outer surfaces 9c of the pieces 9 from the inside of the plate 7 through the notches 8 of the plate 7, are provided on the plate 12 in its folded state.
