PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leaving any objects by widening the boom revolving range without separating a tripper when bulk goods are to be carried out. SOLUTION: A coupling frame 17 installed on a machine body 3 fitted with a boom 5 and a dolly frame 23 installed on a tripper 21 are positioned parallel to each other and are coupled together by a coupling means 26 in the bulk goods carry-in position and the retracted position for revolution of the boom so that the machine body 3 and tripper 21 can travel in a single piece. This enables enlargement of the boom revolving range and changing-over between the two positions by remote control, and also facilitates movement to the standby place after finishing the operation and preparation for the start of the next operation.
