PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting accuracy by reducing the influence of usage environment and aging to mounting accuracy. SOLUTION: A rotatably nozzle-mounting block 25 with a plurality of nozzles 26a-26f is mounted to a head unit, and parts are sucked by each nozzle. In the head unit, a camera 40 is provided at the side of the block 25. The camera 40 is provided with a first incidence part 41a that is directed toward a lower printed-circuit board 3, a second incidence part 41b that is directed to parts being positioned at a specific image pickup position while being sucked by one nozzle of the block 25, and an optical system for selectively guiding light entering via the incidence parts 41a and 41b to an area sensor 42.
