A device for extrusion of paste-like materials from elastic tubular container includes a plate and located along one of the sides of plate longitudinal open-end hole with walls parallel to one of the outer sides of plate, and a surface for retention of plate. The plate is made from elastic material. The surface for retention of plate is placed in the direction of the axis of longitudinal open-end hole. The lateral sides of plate in the area of longitudinal open-end hole are placed at identical distance from the axis of opening. Longitudinal open-end hole has larger side with the length within the limits of 50-77 mm.
