PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stick a screw into a cork center and easily uncork with less rotation by providing a clutch part which can be changeovered to a rotary connection state or rotary unconnected state in a handle. SOLUTION: A clutch part 12a bringing a screw 11 to a rotary connection state or a rotary unconnected state is provided in the upper central part of a handle 12 which is vertically movable in accordance with the rotary movement. When the body 17 is put on a corked/bottle mouth and protating the handle while pushing it down, the handle 12 and the screw 11 are brought into a rotary connection state and rotated together. Then, the spiral part 11c of the screw 11 is screwed into the cork. When the handle 12 is further rotated from a state that the stopper piece 12i of the under face of the handle 12 is brought into contact with the upper face 17a of the body, the screw 11 is brought into a rotary uncontacted state and hence, the handle idles. Subsequently, when the handle 12 is rotated reversely, the screw 11 does not rotate but rises. Then, the cork is pulled out.
