PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for generating environmental music that can produce a music which can feel the condition of environmental and its changes. SOLUTION: An environmental data collecting module 10 detects and collects the condition and fluctuation of carbon dioxide density. A phenomenon recognition module 12 recognizes the increase or the decrease in the concentration of carbon dioxide based on the collected environmental data. A sound unit selection module 14 selects sound units SUij (i, j=1, 2, 3,...) corresponding to the concentration of recognized carbon dioxide and the amount of change from a sound unit table 16. Each sound unit SUij is an MIDI file representing a short music. A sound expression module 18 generates the related music while referring to a sound source. |
