PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oxidation of thermoelectric materials. SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing a thermoelectric element, conductive materials such as Ag paste is mixed with crystal powder of thermoelectric materials so that oxidation resistance coating can be carried out (S101). After the oxidation resistance coating is carried out, the thermoelectric materials are molded in a desired shape (S102). Even when the thermoelectric materials are sintered in the molding process, the oxidation of a crystal grain field can be prevented by the oxidation resistance coating, and the oxidation of the thermoelectric materials can be prevented even after the thermoelectric materials are molded, and the deterioration of electric conductivity due to an oxide film can be prevented.
