<p>PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency without any waste in a synchronously traveling jig by providing a synchronously traveling jig capable of making reciprocating motion on the returning part of a conveyance passage and synchronously performing the work in the going way and the returning way. CONSTITUTION:A synchronously traveling jig 1 is provided in the center area of a returning part R of a conveyance passage H through which a car body W is conveyed by a hanger, and this returning part R is the part where the directions of the first half wary F and the last half way B are changed by 180 deg.. Moreover the synchronously traveling jig 1 is provided with a traveling table 2 capable of reciprocating in e same conveyance passage according to the conveyance speed of the car body W and a pair of working jigs 3, 3 provided on the traveling table 2, and injection guns 4 each of which corresponds to each appropriate vehicle are provided on respective working jigs 3. And no loss of time is generated in the synchronously traveling jig 1 by performing the work in both the first half way and the last half way.</p> |
